Circa 1933 "Estate Series-Model 6300-Magic Chef" 8 burners - 2 ovens - 2 broilers - roll up warming oven, gas range
This was one of the largest, most expensive stoves of it's time, afforded only by the extremely wealthy in the middle of the Depression! This one came out of a magnificent estate outside of Pittsburg,PA. It is in STUNNING condition; original chrome plating, porcelain, and blue spatterware oven interiors! It has been completely restored and updated to automatic saftey pilots in the ovens. The original, modulating carbon rod thermostats hold temperature absolutely dead accurate. This is one of the rarest, most desirable, vintage gas ranges in our business! These ranges were built to last for generations. Compare it's quality and simplicity of construction to modern high-end stoves(Viking, Wolf, La Cornue) and you will really appreciate its lasting value. We also make custom, matching, period range hoods for these stoves. We also have the same model, but its mirror image, with the ovens on the right and the burners on the left. Put them together for 16 burners - 4 ovens- and 4 broilers!! Like a large set of matching cuff-links! Each stove 71" w X 27"d X 58" h.
Price $24,000.
